Meet the Chef
Shane Sheaffer is both the Executive Chef and Owner of Caroline Street Catering. Chef Shane was born in Cyprus and raised in Virginia. He attended Richmond’s own J. Sergeant Reynolds Culinary Program and graduated with honors. He is known for his cuisine from vegan to adventurous. He collaborates with area businesses about foods, wine, and happenings. He is also known for his fabulously delectable wine dinners and custom catered events. He takes great pride in what he does and enjoys doing it for you.
Executive Chef Shane Sheaffer and his trained culinary staff take great joy in the quality of the food they prepare for every event. The hospitality staff are there to assist in the event.
