Caroline Street Cafe & Catering

Chef and owner Shane Sheaffer is a graduate of J.S.R. Culinary School in Richmond, Virginia. He takes great pride in  his offerings. He makes all his soups and dressings in house, and roasts and smokes several of the meats for the sandwiches. He lives in the Fredericksburg area with his wife Angela, and his children, Matt, Rachael, and Noel. Angela Sheaffer is the other owner she is Shane's lifelong love and wife. She helps run the business and is a nurse at Mary Washington Hospital.

Caroline Street Café & Catering offers both on and offsite catering accommodating  budgets large or modest. We cater any occasion for  family,  friends, or business needs.  Whether corporate or a  private event, Caroline Street Café & Catering provides you with professional and courteous service.

Our onsite facility can accommodate up to 70 people. Chef Shane and his staff will of course assist you with your menu and any other event requirements. We will help make your onsite experience one to never forget.
