I have just dropped off the last of my visiting family at the airport and wanted to finally send you this email. Thank you so, so very much for the superb food and service on Saturday for Sam and Brianna's reception. I was absolutely "wowed"! Everything was fresh, delicious and beautiful. I know you took special care and attention to detail on every aspect and I so gratefully thank you. As I had mentioned in our last visit, it was a little difficult to turn over the responsibility of preparing food for my only son's reception to someone other than myself and I appreciate the confidence you filled me with at that time, and the amazing way you fulfilled every expectation and beyond! It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Your staff also did a terrific job- they were polite and helpful and kept everything flowing and taken care of. I never had to chase anyone down or worry. Many, many people raved about the food, and I have to tell you that one of my husbands sisters is a vegetarian, however, after hearing from so many people about how divine the meatballs were, as well as smelling them all evening, - she actually ended up eating three of them with great satisfaction! :-) From the crisp phyllo cups to the savory meatballs to the beautiful fresh fruit and fancy cut cheeses, to the divine crab cheesecake and everything else, it was a success. Thank you, again. I have and will, certainly recommend you strongly to anyone needing any kind of catering. You assured me at our last meeting that you would take care of this, as if it were for your own daughters reception and I feel you absolutely fulfilled that. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
